Interesting experiment there by del bosque... no striker?!?!

Italy makes you sad... very poor roster. Cassano is still one of their best options up front...that says a lot!! But you can never rule them out

Balotelli is a danger man in this tournament.

He could have one of those breakout tournaments and spur his team on to great heights.

He is definately extremely gifted. But the guy is lunatic.literaly! He could lead the team to rhe trophy but it's equally possible to punch the ref  and a couple of assistants  or decide that he needs vacations and abandone the team!!

How old is Buffon? He's been goalkeeper for Italy for over a decade if not more.

I'd like see Spain bring on a striker. Torres or Llorente.

I don't like Fabregas in this role.

True. He's a ghost so far. Fabregas shouldn't start in any position imho. His season was average at best

Man am I stupid for not changing the channel quickly enough at the half (of Italy/Spain match).  Just seeing the commericial for the NBA Finals made me sad and sick.

But anyways, GO ITALIA!
