This must be looked at as a must-win. Let's go Celtics, use the energy of the Garden! And shoot a little better...  :)
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

If you guys remember, Shaq and Kenny predicted a 4-2 win for the C's in this series. They said, last night, that Celtcis have a chance to close this out and send the Heat home because of the offensive and defensive diversity this team has!

So, with the heart of a champion, let's finish this up guys!

Obligatory LarBrd33 post coming at you in 3... 2... 1...

Got a feeling the Heat are going to take this one easily.  Bosh was pretty [dang] effective in those 12 minutes (9 points and 7 rebounds) and extended time will be a blessing for them.  No way does Miami drop 4 in a row to Boston.  Keep in mind they still have the best player alive (King James) and arguably the 2nd best player on the court (though KG and Rondo have seemingly outplayed Wade so far).  When you have that kind of talent... forget it.  LeBron has yet to have a "LeBron" game where he goes off with like... 45 points, 15 assists and 15 rebounds.  He's due.  That entire team is due.  I don't think we stand a chance in this game... total massacre.  Then when it goes back to Miami for game 7... forget it.  Series over in a landslide Heat victory.  Thrilled that Boston pushed them to 7, but this is still Miami's series until otherwise noted.

Keep in mind that in 2009 we managed to choke a 3-2 lead against Orlando... and in 2010 we managed to choke a 3-2 lead against the Lakers in the finals.  This will not be any different.  On the bright side, we'll avoid the embarrassment of being swept by the Thunder in the next round.

Hat's off to Boston for the good job and good effort, though.  Hope I'm wrong.

Beštija, dobrodošao na Celtics blog.

I have a feeling this would be like C's-Cavs game 6. We're going to Oklahoma City. Rondo would be fired up against Westbrook, KG would play mind games with Perk and then ANYTHING IS POSIBLEEEEEEEEEEEE

This is a different team than past ones we are mentally tough as nails I see us taking care of business, with Rondo dominating to open the game.

this team is amazing - yes .......... and i love them.

they are a very emotional group - and if their emotions are not in a good place - focused and a little angry - they can come out flat and really struggle.

i am very nervous about tonite. it's very difficult for any team to stay focused and energetic for five straight games.

Watch over us Red, Walter, Johnny and DJ - send down a little help.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

really think tonight is quite simple. We have seen this script from Lebrick before...he will come out blazing. he will score a lot early and then fade away.

I expect him to be driving to the cup and trying to do it all. boston needs to weather the storm early like they have...

But make one thing certain...it will be wade and james trying to do it all. and if that happens..it helps boston. short of those guys scoring 70 that won't work

Boston has only lost one close out game at home since 2008...and that was a game 7 without KG vs orlando. It is all about defense and hustle tonight. We have been here before...up 3-2 on the #1 seeded cavs in 2010..win...then up 3-2 on the magic to in 2010...went on to win the east that game 6....i expect this team to fully get this done tonight
