National media putting a hurting on heat.....hope they don't use this for motivation.

If they didn't have motivation by now it's too late.

Celts just gotta take care of business in game 6. They are champions, regardless of what happens. They have proven so many people wrong. All the naysayers said they couldn't do this, and they are doing it.

I'm so proud of these guys.

LOVED Paul Pierce hitting that cold-blooded 3 in LeBron's face. Guarantee Pierce loved it, too. Hotdog THIS, LeBron. Showboat THAT.

That team is soft as a cookie they are crumbling already, they've already been ducking the media and haven't done any postgames

A fantastic win tonight by the Celtics. Could not be more proud of the guys. Struggling bad to start but kept fighting back and fighting back and out worked and out willed My Hammy down the stretch and made all the clutch plays at both ends. Everybody had a hand in this one it seemed. Pietrus was enormous, probably one of his very best games of his career. KG with the headline blocks on Le Brick and Dweeb. Dooling knocked in one big jumper at a good time. We have a monster mental edge on these guys. I had good vibes today but kept it to myself.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

Girlfriend bought tickets to see Snow White during the game.  I DVR'd it so I could watch it when I got back.  I went radio silent... turned off my phone, ignored every TV... got home and finally watched it.

I like to think that the Celtics had actually lost the game... and that my dad and best friend were home crying as I watched the game... but I gave all my Celtic positive energy... screamed at the TV like I was watching it live... took every gut punch... went nuts after every big shot... and we pulled it off!  I like to think time stood still while I watched it...  I'm pretty sure I just changed the course of history.  Or maybe not... maybe it's just because my girlfriend has been making me watch non-stop "Doctor Who" for the past two weeks and I'm losing my mind.

It's a shame we will blow this series like we blew the 2010 finals... but Man.. I'm so proud of the Celtics for pushing this one to 7.  (You didn't really think I was going to break character at this point, did you?)

FANTASTIC focus down the stretch! Awesome free-throw shooting.

We didn't play a close out game at home back in 2010 finals. Two road games in a row. Yes, we blew the final quarter of Game 7. But everybody knows that it was tough, and it became even tougher with Perkins knocked out in the previous game.
So, is there a chance that Celtics will blow this one? I can't rule that out. Look at all those that ruled Celtics out in the regular season. Then, yes, there is a chance that we lose this series from this point. But I don't think it's a fair comparison :)

Anyway, I don't expect Celtics to lose Game 6 at home. They are fired up as much as they have ever been and have the momentum. If I had to make a prediction for Game 6 (which is always tough, anyway), I'd go with the Celtics.

Where is the good hustle jersey for Shane Battier (which is completely appropriate, BTW)?
