I admit I was thinking the game was slipping if somebody didn't step up, it was Bass and Steamer who did and changed the game along with Rondo of course IMO
I told you guys I was going to do it.

Basketball is a game of 4 quarters.

Too many people on this site panic in the first half of games and say some ridiculous things.

Sometimes its just best not to spout the doom and gloom in the first half of games. It just makes people look.........
itll always happen people are passionate I didn't go call Ray Allen a scrub or anything like that lol but anyway yea game ball goes to Bass/Steamer/Rondo

TPs to everybody

The Celtics were playing lazy and uninterested. We had a valid reason to worry. Obviously we know this team can turn it on. But they don't always do it.

I've gotta say, Philadelphia really disappeared in the 2nd half, and the refs def evened out the games with the free throw disparity (which was expected from the last game and it tells about the state of NBA refereeing, but I aint complaining). The Celtics put the pedal to the metal and really stepped up. I was worried that they would slow it up on the 4th but they kept going and I think that took the will out of Philly to win the game (compared to the last game). Great game and let's do it again on Wednesday!

Tale of two halves, eh?

Ball movement was much better, ball found good shots, as it always does.

Defense was great in the second half, ordinary in the first.

Gotta have the rest so turn their lights out Wednesday.

That was a hell of a game to go to -- the C's really make the highs high and the lows low. Rooting for this year's team is like being in an abusive relationship.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.
