if they get the calls they got today.

Absolutely no way you can defend them and then their role players get comfortable and confident and start draining 30 footers.

LeBron and Wade are too good. They don't need to get favorable calls.

If your point is that LeBron is a faker then you may have a point. But the Heat are beatable. With Chicago out is pretty wide open. C's had Heat's number; but not sure without Ray.

The NBA isn't the WWE.

But officials can't be swayed by "star" power.

I can understand giving some players the benefit of the doubt because of their reputation (Avery Bradley) and letting them play more physically...but LeBron James is built like a tank.

The contact that he got wasn't nearly strong enough to cause the kind of reactions he had.

That wasn't a flagrant foul and they were thinking about throwing Chandler out of the game.

If you guys don't think these kinds of calls have any impact on the game then you're just being naive.

The Knicks played poorly...no doubt about that but how much of it was "they just didn't have it" or frustration out of unfavorable calls?

Ray's defense was a liability against the Heat.  This is one series where the defense of AB, MP and SP trumps what Ray has to offer.  I think they'll miss him more against the Hawks, Bulls and if they somehow make it on to the finals.

you know posts like this make me feel like I must have had a stroke.

Didn't the Celtics kick there butt 3 times in April? Clearly, we CAN beat them, if we did do that.

Its going to take a step at a time. But we are closer to a title right now than we have been since the Perk trade

Rebound, defense, attack the rim, stay healthy.

That's how we'll beat the Miami Heat.

The Celtics can beat the Heat, the key is avoiding turnovers at all cost. The Heat's defense can't stop the cutting of Boston, and the Heats HALFCOURT offense can't score. If Boston doesn't throw cross court passes, or dive to save balls out of bounds they can win the series... but It'd still go to 7.

dont turn the ball over & keep them in a half court offence & DO NOT FOUL is how u beat them easier said then done but i agree the refs gave this one away if lebron dosent win a mvp he'll def win best actor in the oscars

We were the only team this year to limit Heat's fast-break points; Doc and Rondo figured that they can't throw passes across the floor against guys who jump over the basket constructions.

The only way they can beat us is if they get 60 fouls a game.

The way BOS has played since March?

I'd say we certainly DO have a shot at beating the Heat.

In a fairly and evenly-reffed game? Certainly have a shot at beating them.

But we must get through ATL and CHI/PHI first.

The problem with not fouling is that you don't have to foul Lebron to get called for one. :-\

Besides, we're getting ahead of ourselves.  Let's beat the Hawks first.

did you think the mavericks would beat them last season? probably not...the heat are very beatable, sorry...although it will be easier if the officials dont give lebron every call
