I know nothing about Fantasy Baseball - Help?

Basketball has always been THE sport that I loved, and I play fantasy basketball every year, succeeding in it.

A couple years back, though, I tried out fantasy football, and it was pretty enjoyable.

Now, I want to try baseball. Problem is, I have little clue on how to create a great team.

Can someone please tell me :

• What the most important positions are?
• How the statistics work?
• Best players to pick if I get a high pick for the draft?
• Some good sleeper picks?
• How the scoring system works? (I'm doing Yahoo Head-to-Head)
• How often/how many games there are for the season?

I'll try to implement some things I learned from my championship runs ( ) with basketball - try to dominate on several categories while giving yourself a decent chance to win in the other ones, utilize adding players often, and talk a lot of trash  .
