For some reason, I'm really thinking it'll be the 2nd line (Marchand, Bergeron, Peverley) that'll come up big tonight for the B's.  I think Bergeron is the one poised to break out tonight much like Seguin was due in Game 6.

Zanon absolutely terries me anytime he's on the ice.

Yeah methinks the Zannon/Mattau line will see very limited run tonight.  1st two defensive pairings are ready to sweat out a 27-30 minute night i'm sure.

As far as Bergy goes, i wouldn't be suprised if he stayed quiet, Don.  If Berg isn't taking faceoffs you know something serious is up with him health-wise.  He's toughing it out but i'm not going to rely on him to be the offensive star tonight - but i'd love to see it!

I know not everyone here is a Bruins fan, but I'm a little surprised not to see one post here during the game tonight. Let's hope they can break the tie in the 3rd period and go on to the next round...

I guess I'll put my support behind the Capitals now. At least one good thing might come out of Washington this year

What a let down - hopefully the Celtics can make up for it...

Too bad. The Bruins offense was pretty bad all series. And to lose to the Caps ... the Caps?!? For real? They never were a top team this season. Ugh. I'm glad my wife and I got to see the Bruins play well in a win over the Kings in L.A. a few weeks back. Might've been their last good all-around game of the season.

Im sorry for the loss. As a Sharks fan I feel the same way.

How weird is it that the normal powerhouses are done in the first round (Vancouver, Detroit, Pittsburgh, San Jose, Chicago, Boston, New York and reeling in there)?

We will get once in a lifetime playoff pairings now. We could get a Flyers devils or flyers and rangers matchup too just to appease the big markets.

Would it not be a hoot if this was a Florida vs Phoenix final?

How about Nashville vs Ottawa?

Terrible representation of Boston fans.

Really, Huffington Post? A story on a handful of racist idiots out of the millions of people who live inside 495? Unbelievable. How is this news?
