He has never got caught technically but his boosters have everywhere he has been.   But it has never been Cal directly.   I too think it is a distinct possibility.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

It's a scummy game... he just does it better than anyone else, and I think the fact that he is now the premier destination for one and done's, most of his work is done for him, without the need for cheating.

So far as I can tell, due to the stubborn refusal of the OP to elaborate, this is just people who are butt-hurt over Kentucky winning, and think that recruiting "one and dones" (that is, college players who play one year before going to the NBA) is "cheating," somehow. Say what you will about the "one and done" system, but it's the NCAA's system, not Kentucky, that's at fault, and calling it cheating is just ridiculously disingenuous.

Well I mean you got this report from 2010

Im not mad about Kentucky, I couldnt care less, but Cal has a history now, and I don't think its unreasonable for people to be sceptical.

Exactly, regardless of whether or not he was found guilty of anything at UMass or Memphis, his final fours were vacated. It wouldn't surprise me if this one is vacated too.  Also, it's not the NCAA's system, it's the NBA's system.  The NCAA has done all it can do to keep kids in school by pushing the deadline up early.  I think a lot of people don't like Calipari because he has embraced the 1 and done, while guys like Roy Williams have wanted nothing to do with it.
do it

So is the speculation that Kentucky is paying its players to get them to come play for them?

And if they really want to fix the system, why not make it a requirement for NBA players to get a 4 year degree before they can play in the NBA. I hate the one year stipulation, it complete deflates and depletes Universities basketball programs after just one year.

Right now I think the speculation is just that people are waiting for the dirtyness of Cal to become clear and also about where he will go next when he leaves Kentucky with a pile of NCAA Sanctions, probably the Knicks

Cannot deny his coaching abilities.....look at his UMass teams....one # 1 pick and 2 #2's in eight years, yet he beat NC, Ky, Arkansas among others who were loaded with future NBA players
