Of course what this does is also give Boston a chance to get a pg, but our new big Three would be Pierce, Smith and Howard.
Weakness
PG and shooting guard. Bradley could surprise us because technically he will distribute the ball much quicker than Rondo and in effect keep the offence concentrated on the big 3 but will also start to get his own game identity from being a starter.
Pietrus is simply not as good a shooter as ray, or even as rounded as Ray. He never goes to the rim and barely attempts two point plays. However defensively he is an upgrade.
Strength
A defensive and rebounding beast if the culture is foisted on Howard. In fact with the right chemistry this team will create matchup problems for alot of teams.
