2nd Trade - (Boston) Kevin Garnett For (ATL) Josh Smith, K. Hinrich

3rd Trade - (Boston) Rondo, J. O'Neal For (LAKERS) P. Gasol

Starting 5
Mo  Williams
Eric Bledsoe
Josh Smith
Pau Gasol
DeAndre Jordan

Beanch
Caron. Butler
Chris Wilcox
Keeyon Dooling
Avery Bradley
JuJuan Johnson
Mickael Pietrus
Marquis Daniels
Sasha Pavlovic
Greg Steisma
E'Twaun Moore
K. Hinrich

Draft
Bost 1st
LAC 1st

This is the best option that I have seen out there. Starting 5 that could compete, younger players and still two draft picks.  What team would least likely make any of those trades?

I would a) hate to have Mo Williams run this teams offense... and b) would hate to see allen and pierce in the same deal and only get jordan and bledsoe in return.

I really dislike that first Clippers-Celtics trade.

DeAndre Jordan and Caron Butler tie up a lot of cap space between them. Mo Williams has another year on his deal too.

It doesn't set the team up to win-now or to win down the road.

I disagree. I think that is a pretty solid front line of Smith, Gasol and Jordan. I just don't see any big time free-agent signing in Boston. Do you really want to pay Brook Lopez a max contract?

Good lord! What a random assortment of over-payed (DeAndre, Butler, Mo, Gasol), tweeners (Mo, Smith), unproven (Bledsoe, Jordan)and over the hill (Gasol, Butler) guys.  This team would be a second round exit at best and would get worse every year.

I Love the front line, but don't like the undersized backcourt. Prefer to have Pietrus start alongside Williams to bring size, D, and shooting to the frontline.  A Steve Nash, with the MLE, in the summer would make the frontline REALLY dangerous!
