The talent exchange isn't terribly uneven but you have to consider each team's situation. I think all three teams say no.
Lakers - Biedrins is an awful fit. A backup center at 9 million a year? That is pretty expensive insurance. They solve their immediate hole at point guard, open an immediate hole at power forward, and take on an awful contract in the process. Biedrins is useless to them.
Warriors - Curry is their core player. Why would a below .500 rebuilding team trade a guy like Curry for Gasol? By the time Golden State rebuilds, Gasol will be ready to retire. Gasol is useles to them.
Celtics - I'm not a huge Rondo fan, but I think overall, with offense, defense, and playmaking taken into account, I'd rather build around him than Curry.
Not far off talent wise. But all three teams decline.
