That makes sense, Bahku. How is the wild card round structured?

I will be busy this afternoon through Sunday.  Just post "when" and "what" I have to pick, and I will be there.

If I understand Bahku correctly you will be the first team not having a bye so i think it would be safe for you to make your pick of those QB's throwing this weekend, then I will make my pick an so on...

Why I ask this is that there are 8 teams playing.  If it's H2H, that means there are 4 winners, plus 2 bye teams, leaving six teams in the next round.

I will pick Luck, Colts.   Good Luck, for me, I hope.

And good luck everyone else, too!

Yeah I think the 6 teams would be fine but what do you do when there are only 3 the next week?

If we had 2 play-in games this week (7 vs 10, 8 vs 9) we could match up 1-6 plus 2 winners next week (8 teams remaining in the NFL), then 4 winners play (conference champs 4 teams remaining), then 2 winners play in the Super Bowl.

That's one way to do it.  Another way would be to have a free-for-all this week, with the #1 and #2 seeds having buys, and seeds #3 - #10 all trying to post the highest individual scores, with the top 6 moving on.

I'm of course fine with either, since I don't have to play this week. ;)

if you want me in, then i will do the playoffs.  if you have an even amount of players without me and its easier to run that way, i dont care if i can't play.  let me know either way.  to be honest, i dont care what team/qb i get either so u can assign me anyone if necessary. im a casual pats fan, at best (not even nfl/football, just pats lol)

That's how we did it the last time we had ten teams, Roy, (I believe) ... I think two years ago? The top six moved on to the next round ... I'm fine either way, but it worked pretty well. I'll always go with the majority leaning, so no biggie of you wanna change it up.

Just checked and we did it the same way with eight teams as well, gave the top two byes and the top four moved on. By taking the top six scores even dark_lord could play, cuz it wouldn't matter if there were even numbers or not, just still take the top six scores.

Next up needs to make a pick...Gotta get this rolling!
A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.

Push yourself again and again. Don't give an inch until the final buzzer sounds.

Has anyone actually picked yet?

This is going to be bad if whoever is up doesn't pick.

I know I will have issues picking tomorrow.  I sent a quick list already to someone else.
