I would like to see E'Twuan start over Sasha. Bump Ray to the 3 on offense and let them switch on D.

I have more faith in E'Twuan athletically, even at 6'4, than I do with Sasha.

This game has the potential to be a major blowout.

???

So are you suggesting having Etwuan moore guard lebron james?
Dont think that will work too well bro

Anyone but Sasha! I'd like to see EM and Avery split time at the 2 and Ray and Quis split time at the 3. Sasha is a complete joke to me and does not deserve to be on the floor. He doesn't posess NBA athleticism and should be playing overseas.

Initially I thought, "Maybe EM can cover LeBron to keep Ray fresh." That doesn't make any sense since Ray has to take Wade anyways.

So yeah, Ray can take LeBron. Please try to argue that he would do worse than Sasha. I'm sure you can't. And EM would be an improvement over Sasha and Avery offensively.

If Sasha plays competently I will be the first one to come on here and eat crow, but if I were Doc I would be bold and admit that #11 is not the answer.

Any official status on Paul Pierce for the game?  Last I saw he practiced on Monday with less pain and swelling but status was doubtful for TUE night.

The important thing in today's game is that we come out of it with no (new) injuries.

That's all that matters today  :-\

How would others deal with the LeBron v Pavlovic problem?

As long as they don't call a foul on Marquis and Sasha every time they breathe on Lebron (like they did with Melo) we'll be fine.

Not unless we want him to drop 60 on us.

yes, that will happen, and I'm also sure that it won't snow at all in boston this winter

LeBron doesn't leave things to chance like that, he makes sure there is violent contact.

Well, as it turns out, I'm still awake and the game is about to start (2am local time). So I'll be there, hoping for a win despite the not-promising-at-all situation (no Pierce + bad referees)!

yup, and as soon as he initiates the violent contact he will grimace and cry like a baby and the refs will fawn over him like a mother over a newborn

Where do you live Drucci?

I'm hoping for the best but totally expecting a loss.

So, how many "Trade <fill in the blank>" and "sky is falling" type of threads do you guys expect before the game is over?

I'll go with 4.
