Reading the post about KG taking JJJ under his wing inspired this thread. AR has been labeled as a highly athletic big man with low basketball IQ. At 23 years old, he still has the "potential" tag on his head. Would you be willing to trade for him? Who could the Celtics give up to snag him from Minnesota? And most importantly, could KG and Doc transform his potential into actual NBA all star talent?

Up until a little while ago, I was real high on him. While I think he can be sick on some nights, they are only some nights. He might just not have a killer instinct. But I dont know if I would trade for him at this point, with another similar guy in JaJuan Johnson already on the team. I do love watching him play when hes on though- hes crazy smooth. I would certainly sign him if he was a free agent.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I'd trade anyone not named rondo Allen pierce or garnett for him. Not our 1st round pick though, and that's the cost.

Not for this season.  If we trade for anyone we have to count on him.  I don't think we could do that with Randolph right now.
