I don't think he will make a Howard type deal, but I think there is a very good chance he makes a significant deal before the deadline.  I think he will be very aggressive, and once Green is free to be traded after March 1, things could get very interesting.

I really hope not. At this point I do not trust Danny Ainge or his ability to make sound decisions.

Look where his last "big move" got us  ::)

I agree with this. I think we will see one trade at least this season that effects our starting lineup. I would be shocked if Jermaine O'Neal was on this roster come payoff time.

I think he has put himself in position to make a big move.

I am just not sure the big move he would want will be there.

What? You mean that he acquired some assets that potentially could be parlayed into another move for a guy who was gone at the end of the year and would have left us nothing?

You can't always emotions with business decisions. Ainge was in a crappy decision and he made a Man's decision. It was a tough decision, but I think it was the right move. Let's be patient and see what he can do with Green and this pick.

With the Paul trade we are almost guaranteed to get the Clippers pick now. LAC will likely have a worse record then chicago, miami, OKC, SA, Lakers, Dallas, Memphis, and Boston. New York, Orlando, Atlanta, and Portland could all have better records too.

While DA might not be able to package both our picks for a top 5 or top 10 pick, he might be able to for one in the 12-15 range. In this draft a guy selected there could still be a difference making player.

I keep going back to Monta Ellis...The GSW always seem to be wishing to move him. 2 picks Jeff Green and one of either Bradley/JJJ/Moore might do the trick.

Agreed - this is the exact type situation where Danny is at his worst and makes multiple trades that contradict each other and totally screw our rebuilding potential for next year.
