Controversial trade Proposal

 Rondo, Ray Allen, And Jermaine plus the Clippers pick and are 1st rounder.

 For Q. Richardson, J Nelson, And Dwight.
 
 Throw in Jeff Green in a sign and trade if needed.

 For Orlando, An elite point guard in the prime of his career for a rebuilding block plus two picks to go with their own.

 NBA History shows your better off being really bad when trying to rebuild than pretty good like trading for Gasol as a centerpiece would be a bad idea IMO.

 Factor in they may like Ray, or get the 10 million Cap relief and target a major Free agent the following year. Not a horrible trade option for the Magic. They better get something now. 

 Pull the trigger send him here!

 There is nobody that wouldn't make this trade right?

 Gortat - J Oneal

 H. Turk - Brandon Bass - J Jhonson  (From Celts)

 Jeff Green - Ryan Anderson

 R Allen  JJ Reddick

 Rondo  C Duhon

 Plus three 1st rounders this year.  Open up a ton of money with Ray and Jermaine's deals expiring. Dump Arenas.  And go after a Major free agent at PF or Center, with the drafting of three 1st rounders, and you could quickly have a team better than what you saw last year with Dwight Howard.

The Magic traded Gortat in the Vince Carter trade.

I agree. Until Howard says he's leaving and there's nothing that can be done about it...He hasn't quite pulled a Melo quite yet. Not to Boston anyway
