Should we try to swing a trade for him? He's the type of guy who is great on a contender but isn't much use to a rebuilding team like Cleveland. Dan Gilbert might even agree to this to give us a better chance at beating Miami.  ::)

Not sure if the salaries line up, but we could offer Davis, Bradley, and our first rounder this year (not the Clips' pick). They both are young and have upside, which would be what Cleveland is looking for.

I actually think Cleveland would be a great fit for Jeff Green, so there is a bit of a match there.  The problem is, they don't have a lot of depth up front, so they might not be inclined to trade Andy.

The one wild card could be if the league and players agree to extend trade exceptions that expired during the lockout.  If that is the case, they would have a 14.5 million trade exception that they could use to try to go after one of the free agent centers, making Varajao more expendable.

Still a longshot though.
