Thanks guys. I'm going to definitely drink more *during* games. During a regular day I drink about 5 to 7 liters of water, depending on the weather, but I somehow slip on the weekends (when I have games).
Also, I'll stretch after basketball from now on, and make sure I don't get too cold. If I run into any Tums or pickle juice and the likes, I'll definitely buy some haha
