Once we know who's playing, the next step will be for the top seed (me) to choose a League & Team.  

Matchups will go as follows

League 1

1 vs 8 (Redz gets choice of league and team)
4 vs 5 (TB gets choice of team from remaining series)

League 2
2 vs 7  (MattG gets first choice of team from remaining league)
3 vs 6  (Bahku gets choice of team from remaining series)

Participants can only pick from the team they are assigned to, and may only pick a player once per series.

If the Pick A Player series ends up in a tie, then the tiebreaker will go to whoever has the most total bases for the series.  If that is a tie then we revert to most HRs, then triples, then doubles...If, in the extremely unlikely scenario that we are still tied, the higher seed will be awarded the victory as "home field advantage".  (unless someone has a better plan for this scenario - battle with spoons?   )


We will re-seed after each round and follow steps from the top.

I;m going to with Milwaukee which means the 8 seed gets Arizona.

TB gets the choice in the St; Louis vs Philly series.

Matt needs to choose his AL series and team.

Hopefully everyone's on board and sees this in time.

If you can play in the playoffs, we'd love to have you ... we still need three players. You can take either St. Louis or Arizona and we'll plug you in tomorrow, (schedlue is below, so just get your pick in before your start time ... same basic rules as PAPTBG. Great to see you back, my friend!
