Dino Radja and Nique!

For me it has to be Stockton & Malone...perfect complimentary duo.
A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.

Push yourself again and again. Don't give an inch until the final buzzer sounds.

Without a specific definition of best...I have to go with KC Jones and Russell as the best all time duo.  Together they won 2 NCAA championships, a Gold Medal in the Olympics, and 8 NBA championships.

If we are talking about the best athletically/stats...Jordan-Pippen, Malone-Stockton, and Bird-McHale are at the top of the food chain.

Good point, Silas.  Since there is really no definition of best, or any way to prove it, I meant "best to your way of thinking"...and you gave it, and your reasons for it.  Thanks

I just don't remember Larry Bird being part of a duo.  He was more into winning and trying to get everyone on the floor to fill their roles.  I wish I had a record of his assists.  I bet there is no player who received a great majority of his passes.  I remember that Danny and Kevin were the jesters, Chief was more of a loner, and although Larry admired DJ (and  later, Walton) and said so, I don't remember  reading that Larry was particularly close to anyone...on, or off, the court.  Of course, I am no expert, so if you have something that says otherwise, I love to see it.  Maybe it would be telling to see who pass to Larry the most, ha ha ha.

Most of the stories about his carousing seemed to include Greg Kite IIRC.

(Lakers, too. What do you think?

Great list so far.
I'd add Shaq-Kobe.
Even though there were personal issues, that was a very effective combo.

I'd argue that Shaq in his prime paired with anyone would be an All-Time Combo.

Shaq + Penny: 95' NBA Finals, 96' EC Finals.

Shaq + Kobe: '98 WC Finals, '00 NBA Champs, '01 NBA Champs, '02 NBA Champs, '04 NBA Finals.

Shaq + Wade: '05 EC Finals, '06 NBA Champions.
