Michael Dunigan sounds intriguing.

I agree, he's the guy who interests me.  Do you know his situation and whether he could breeze into an informal free agent camp with the C's this week?

The real question is : if there is a lockout, do we even get a chance to look at these guys?
yeah, invites to training camp.

Lockout=no training camp.  If these guys got Europe offers, they would be fools not to take them.  If the NBA locks out does the NBDL as well?
do it

David Lighty.....TA skills with better IQ

Agreed. He's not as good defensively as Tony Allen (not the same level of athleticism), but he's still a very good defender with smarts and a good jump-shot. It's amazing he wasn't drafted. Maybe some injury we don't know of.

He's got good upside

Matt Howard would be a good FA - IMO hes Harangody with better D and rebounding but no offensive polish.

Scotty Hopson, Lacedarious(spell check) Dunn or David Lighty all guys can bring scoring off the bench and Lighty has the best defense

He had a good year in Europe, so he should have no problems finding another gig overseas this season.  Players in his situation usually take the sure thing that pays in Europe rather than hang round in the US waiting to see what happens.  The D-League is supposed to go on, as many teams are independently owned, but there is a question as to how much of the talent pool will stay since a lot of players pass up foreign jobs in the hope of being more easily available for a call-up to the NBA.

David Lighty because he WILL be a rotation player in the nba, and Jereme Richmond because he has potential to be a quality player a few years down the road
