Boston trades:  #25, cash
Minnesota trades:  Anthony Tolliver

It's definitely not a sexy trade, but Tolliver has some potential.  He's fairly young, plays with maximum effort, is a pretty good scorer and rebounder, etc.

I don't know if Minnesota wants more draft picks or if they'd move Tolliver; they're deep at PF, especially if they draft Williams, but are pretty thin at center, which is Tolliver's "natural" position despite being undersized.  He got sporadic playing time last year, and here's guessing he sees less this year.  That being the case, why not trade him?

I'd do it in a heart-beat, but I think Minnesota would want a little more for him.

I'd rather have T.Honeycutt.

It would be a good fall back option though. Tolliver would be a useful backup PF next season.

Roy,

I doubt Kahn wants more rookies.

What about Cleveland who is rumored to be shopping for a pick in the 20s?

Maybe Ryan Hollins? Or dare I say Semih Erden? While I see how getting Semih would look dumb I think Semih and the #32 pick would be a great trade for us.

Also maybe NO for Aaron Gray.

Interesting thought. Tolliver represents only $2 mil in payroll for next year, but depending on how things go during the rest of the offseason, Minnesota might actually have some cap space to play with, and trimming that extra $2 mil might be meaningful.

I actually think the #25 is a bit much for Tolliver, and Minnesota probably doesn't even want the pick (considering rumors they are looking to sell their #20). I'd offer them a future pick instead. How about sending them back their 2013 2nd rounder (we got from Cleveland), plus cash?

Hey Roy, my Baby replacement is better than your Baby replacement.

Hollins needs to exercise his player option to be tradeable on draft night. I don't know if he has yet. He's got a nasty streak in him (borderline dirty), the kind of player you hate on the other team and love on yours.

Celts can't reacquire Semih until the one-year anniversary of trading him to Cleveland.

I'd love to get Erden back, good, tough player. Dying breed in the NBA.

Sounds like a good trade to make, if Minnesota would go for it.  But this has nothing to do with Davis.

Roy, I like it.  This team needs some toughness down low, and he'd be a good fit off the bench.

Cleveland wants another pick in the first, JJ Hickson for the 25th!
