Can anyone tell me what is the different between the bank account and the visa number?

Not sure I understand the question.  Do you mean the difference between writing checks from your account and using a visa debit card?

  Or, if you have a bank account and a bank card, the bank card has a number associated with it, and the bank account has an account number and bank routing number associated with it? Also not sure what you mean.

Your bank account is associated with a bank account number.  This bank account is also linked to a visa debit card.  The number on the car has no correlation to the number of your bank account.  The two numbers are linked in that when the visa card number is used it refers back to your bank account.
