Any of you ever been to LSU, FSU, UF or maybe a nice hotel on the interior Gulf Coast? Maybe Panama City?

  • Anything is possible!
Scrolled through this topic again because I was thinking about travelling :) saw I replied almost 5 years ago, as I have travelled a lot over the last couple of years here's an update.

By the way I am from the Netherlands but took some trips to both sides of our globe.

Best:
- Grand Canyon, Yosimite, Lake Tahoe, Death Valley (surprised me), Zion NP (in general the South-West was truly amazing to be and travel for 3 weeks).
- San Diego (probably my favourite city in the US), Key West, Sentosa/Captiva Island.
- Hong Kong
- Singapore
- Bangkok (if you go with friends to party its crazy), Ko Tao, Koh Samui, Khao Sok NP.
- Kuala Lumpur (although not as cool as Singapore/Bangkok).
- Chitzen Itza, Mexico.
- Curacao (for chilling and relaxing its very nice).
- Rome, Tuscany
- Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada (Andalucia)
- Stockholm and Copenhagen are two underrated cities.
- Amsterdam and Rotterdam (Rotterdam where I live is very upcoming).
- Riga

Worst:
- Marseille in France
- Khaosiung in Taiwan, just did not really like the city.

Next trip:
- 3 weeks roadtripping through Oregon and Washington State (Seattle, Portland, Highway 101, Crater Lake, Bend, Olympic NP, Mt Raineer, Visit IT and AB in Tacoma).

Bucket list:
- Australia (east/middle)
- New Sealand
- West Canada (Brittish Columbia and Alberta + Vancouver Island).
- South Africa or Tanzania to spot big 5.
- Boston and New York
- Still TD Garden (might go next season).

Worst:
The drive from Massachusetts to Idaho.  Haven't really been on too many trips that I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

Montreal is a nice city imo.  A nice blend of the old and modern

Food expensive or cheap are usually well made.  Beautiful women left and right.  Neck hurts  ;D

But Kabul is the nicest city in Trashcanistan. Never got to venture into the rural districts?

No not for fun. Just drove like maniacs through the city a few times to get to work and even not stopping for the crooked police. Worked at the airport but sometimes the easiest/safer road to take was not available.
