The 76rs and Bucks play this team tough, it could get ugly.

A re-focus is definitely necessary from some players outside of the Big Three

Quite the opposite. I feel a long wining streak. 10+ games. Mark it down.

No.

Last season was last season. I am seeing a different Celtics team from last season....one that has a deeper sense of urgency.

We won't have that kind of falloff again. Tonight will be a tough game vs a tough opponent, but we'll be fine - even IF we lose.

I think that game was a bit of a wakeup call.  The starters in particular have been on cruise control for a while, but they have been able to win games.  I think they will play better after the other night.

On the road against a pesky Philly team tonight?

They should be focused.  I expect the C's to play tough and they should bounce back tonight.

I also think they match up significantly better against Philly than they did a couple weeks ago.  These are the games where having Jeff Green will be incredibly valuable.  Other than Brand, they just don't have the inside presence to punish the C's, and now, the C's have the versatility and athleticism to take away some of the advantages Philly has taken advantage of in the past.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
Losing streak, no, but I wouldn't be surprised to see us lose a couple more games as all this gets sorted out. The pressure behind us from Chicago and maybe even Miami may make it harder on Doc's rotations, but if he wants this team to keep learning and come together, we may lose a few in the process. It's a double edged sword: play the starters more minutes than you'd like and win games, or play your new guys more to get them acclimated with the #1 seed potentially on the line.

Yeah, I think the C's will bounce back tonight too.

Depends on Rondo and KG. KG has been kinda off the last couple of games on both sides of the floor.
