Billups has never shown an a public attitude before....But made it clear he didn't want to go anywhere.  I wonder if he'll play in New York.  He seems like the antithesis of a D'Antoni player.

NY's 2 best players play no defense and are average rebounders playing with a gutted roster and a PG who doesn't fit the system.  Playing for Paul Westhead Jr....

Sounds like pretty much the same result this season and maybe a 4-5 seed next season if they get Paul.

Should be fun to watch until playoff time.
Melo really isn't a poor rebounder, he's tied for 4th among all SFs in the NBA at his rebound rate of 12.5. Among major rotation SFs only Matt Barnes and Shawn Marion rebound better than he does, and Marion plays a lot of PF.

Good deal for Newyork solid deal for Denver. If you want to pretend Newyork got robbed keep fooling yourselves. They trade a good young point guard for an good old point guard with championship experience. They traded two young starting caliber small forwards and a trash center for a top 10 player smallforward.  And the picks will amounting to nothing if they manage their now great situation. They're not winning a championship with the deal right now, but they are 100 times closer to it down the line though.
