Probably my favorite show is his "No Reservations." I remember loving his shows years and years ago, and have recently started to watch some stuff that I haven't seen before on Youtube. Any other fans?

I also watched some of his old "Cook Tour" shows...Don't like it as much as No Reservations, but still good.

Yeh, he's pretty good.

I watched one a couple of weeks ago when he was in Dubai.

i like his show. his books are even better. lately his shows drift away from cooking and into shades or orientalism and colonial discourses....but i degress once more.

having worked in restaurants for a while, long ago, i enjoyed how he pretty well showed how amateur cooks who dream of becoming "professionals" are basically deluding themselves with romantic fantasies.

still, he is fun to watch and i think he is much better since he kicked his many nasty habits.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

If he wasn't a master Chef, he should have gone into comedy!
