Lupe Fiasco's L.A.S.E.R.S. Album

Whats the deal with the album? Why is the record company holding it back? Is it ever going to come out? It was originally supposed to come out last December and now it probably won't be out earlier until this December. I just heard these snippets and I'm thinkin some heads need to roll in the front offices of Lupe's record label, because this album is gonna be tight.

Listened to it, not really a huge fan. Its kinda like Dead Prez and Kid Cudi had an album baby. His flow is still there, but the beats are pretty..meh, and the quirky serious/funny lyrics seem to be more serious and less funny.
