Hey guys, been away for a bit.  Sorry to hear we're having so much trouble with participation.

This is super painful and needs to be ended. I feel the league is at risk.

Suggestion:

Make the college draft end at noon tomorrow no matter what. There are only 6 picks left in round 2. Give each GM 2 hours to make their pick, e.g.

6  PM  Sunday  - Handsome B. Wonderful
8  PM  Sunday  - Mean Green
12 AM  Monday  - Shipyard
6  AM  Monday  - Beasts
8  AM  Monday  - Kentucky Mean
10 AM  Monday  - RIPRED (Flash)

Give the 4 GMs who haven't make their roster cuts etc... until noon tomorrow or all of their players will be put into the FA pool.

Give the 2 GMs who haven't paid until noon tomorrow to pay, otherwise they will be replaced.

PM the 6 remaining draft GMs of the new schedule and the 4/2 GMs on the cuts and $$$.

Assuming the last two GMs pay, the auction can start tomorrow at noon, or perhaps Tuesday if new GMs need to be found.

Mk

I agree with this, at least in principle, we can be flexible with the times.  But the season's getting close and we need to figure out who's really in and out, and get rolling with the ones who are in.

Hopefully everyone will get on board, but it might not be a terrible idea to line up a replacement owner or two.  I like that this is a laid-back league with minimal drama, but everybody's got to keep up with their business to keep a team.

Wait, are we're up to the Handsome's (my pick), I thought we were at least waiting on RIPRED and the Crotors before me (with some confusion regarding the Juggs pick)?

I'm not super serious about my 2nd round pick, here's a list of 4 guys  I want in order, so if the Juggs didn't want Shabazz, and if RIPRED and/or Crotors have picks that I missed or we're still waiting on them, at least one of these 4 guys should be available to me.

Take the first guy still available when it's the Handsome's turn, and let's keep this bad boy moving.

Dennis Schroeder
Shane Larkin
Reggie Bullock
Solomon Hill

This is the list I thought we were up to so far:

1st Round
1)   Toine's Boys   - Oladipo
2)   Juggernauts!   - Porter
3)   Crotors - Olynyk
4)   Make Me Some Bacon - Bennett
5)   Angry Pickles - McCollum
6)   RIPRED - McLemore
7)   Handsome B. Wonderful - Zeller
8)   Mean Green   - Noel
9)   Angry Pickles  - Burke
10)   Make Me Some Bacon - Len
11)   Kentucky Mean - Caldwell-Pope
12)   Angry Pickles - Carter-Williams

2nd Round
13) Toine's Boys-Giannis Adetokoubo
14) Make Me Some Bacon - Steven Adams
15) Angry Pickles - Vitor Faverani
16) Juggernauts! - Shabazz Muhammad (under protest).
17) RIPRED - ? (BPA is Lucas Nogueira)
18) Crotors -? (BPA is Dennis Schroeder)
19) Handsome B. Wonderful
20) Mean Green
21) Shipyard
22) Beasts
23) Kentucky Mean
24) RIPRED (Flash)

Also here's a list for easy reference of BPA for reference:

Thanks for the list BDM.  Juggs and RIP sort of left there picks up in the air, then never came back and resolved it.  That's where we got stuck.  Crotors checked in a few posts ago and said they had a pick, but we have yet to hear back.

I really don't know what to do about Celtsrp/MMSB/  I'm going to seek a new owner and make some sensible moves for their roster.

At this point we will start the auction TUESDAY so I can do some bookkeeping.

If anyone has any recruits let me know.

We still have any draft picks submitted, so HBW will be awarded their top choice

This is the list I thought we were up to so far:

1st Round
1)   Toine's Boys   - Oladipo
2)   Juggernauts!   - Porter
3)   Crotors - Olynyk
4)   Make Me Some Bacon - Bennett
5)   Angry Pickles - McCollum

10)   Make Me Some Bacon - Len
11)   Kentucky Mean - Caldwell-Pope
12)   Angry Pickles - Carter-Williams

2nd Round
13) Toine's Boys-Giannis Adetokoubo
14) Make Me Some Bacon - Steven Adams
15) Angry Pickles - Vitor Faverani
16) Juggernauts! - Shabazz Muhammad (under protest).

I have been in a number of leagues over the past 5-6 years with MMSB and he is normally one of the most active owners. From one of the drafts in another league, he said that he is super busy with work. Hopefully he'll be back online soon.

I hear ya...And I'm still hopeful he can come back.  He has not posted on CB since 10/7.  I just need to cover our bases here.  There has been no communication.

I can also vouch that MMSB is normally a very active GM. I hope he's doing ok, it's a bit odd to not see him around for so long.

I am lost...I am not up for a pick right now, correct?...RIPRED & CROTORS are missing.
A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.

If it is my pick I will take Shane Larkin.

At some point we probably need to assign cement the Juggs pick and assign "best player available" to RIPRED and Crotors.

16) Juggernauts! - Shabazz Muhammad
17) RIPRED - Lucas Nogueira
18) Crotors - Sergey Karasev
19) Handsome B. Wonderful - Dennis Schroeder
20) Mean Green - Shane Larkin

Something like this I believe.

Something like this I believe.

After protesting the Muhammad auto-pick, BDubs hasn't been back, and his preferred alternative was already long gone.  I'd've been willing to let him repick but it's now been over a day, so I'm on board with keeping the Muhammed pick.  Edgar said he had a pick ready last night and disappeared, so I'm willing to keep his spot open til he gets back, but we can keep everyone else rolling as far as I'm concerned.

I want to apologize again for what a mess this has turned into, but Redz is extremely busy with work and I'm also very busy at work and in the middle of purchasing and moving into a new house, so our time is very very limited this year, and with multiple owners disappearing for days at a time it's extremely difficult to keep things running.  I really appreciate the patience from everyone who's showing up and participating regularly.

16) Juggernauts! - Shabazz Muhammad
17) RIPRED - Lucas Nogueira
18) Crotors - ???
19) Handsome B. Wonderful - Dennis Schroeder
20) Mean Green - Shane Larkin
21) Shipyard
22) Beasts
23) Kentucky Mean
24) RIPRED (Flash)

So, we'll hold Edgar's spot open, but Shipyard is up, so let's move on.

Is it to late for me to revise my keepers list so that I can drop Michael Kidd-Gilchrist?
