Trade idea with Perk

I love perk, and he is the type of player needs on every team. I Also believe that to win it all you need a an above average center and PG to win in this league.  Perk is a above average defender and decent, yes decent re-bounder. Limited on Offense.  But if Sheed stays, (whether he needs the $$$ or wants a ring) then perk may net us a piece to build around rondo.  With Perk side lined until Feb, maybe just maybe its better to trade him now, and take a chance at signing him next year with the mid level exception???

Here is my idea to win now.  Three things have to happen first if I would even consider trading perk.  I'd hate to see us out bid next year in FA.  But maybe Perk needs a full year to recover. But here are the three things I would need to happen first.

One Sheed says he is playing next year.
Two, We sign Shaq to Vet min.
Three trade for Rudy.

Then I would consider trading Perk and filler to either

Houston for Ariza

Minny for Beasley

Rondo/Ray/Paul/KG ~ Shaq or JO depending the opponent

Nate/rudy/Ariza/Baby/Sheed or JO or SHAQ

Bench Danniels/ Scal??
