I have no idea how the logistics of this would work and you can't really check this in the trade machine because of the free agent status of Shaq but maybe this could be worked out.

3 Team trade with Boston Portland and Cleveland

We send Cleveland Rasheed's contract
Cleveland S and T Shaq for around 2 year 3.5-4 million
Portland sends Rudy to us
Cleveland sends Portland Delonte West

Now one obvious question is what is Cleveland's incentive (I can't find one right now) but Portland we'd obviously have to send some draft picks.  They get to get rid of Rudy, which they are very willing to do.  And they'll cut Delonte and only have to pay him 500K which is less than what they'd pay for Rudy Fernandez for a season and won't lose him for nothing when he goes to Spain.

The benefits for us are obvious.  Any of you capologists feel free to add your input.

Yeah Cleveland's motivation is non-existent there. They're getting nothing back for Shaq, and nothing back for Delonte's contract, which is a decent piece on its own.
