There I was wondering why N.J. would make it known that they were taking Wes. Johnson over Favors, which would only help other teams out, one would think.  So I figured, well, since Minnesota is in the Western Conference, it must be a common courtesy kind of thing...

Turns out it was a bluff to try and get supposedly Johnson-hungry Minny to offer something.  Seems like a dumb turn of events.....I realize there's a limit to draft etiquette, but outright lying?
Jersey now slated again to take Favors.

I don't remember it being so common..That's why it stuck out to me....

What I remember is everyone being secretive....but not putting out false info.  Maybe it's not really case of clear cut false info, however...I don't know how definitively they claimed to be taking Johnson.  The draft site article/source made it seem definite...not even in question...
