Check out how this guy did against the big Kansas center (Cole Aldrich) that is projected to go #8 in this draft!!!  He also put up great numbers vs. Duke early in the year.

If he is still there, he seems like a very solid #2 pick for us.

Since I believe the Celtics will pick a big in the 1st round and the value for guards in this draft are highest in the second round, I believe Danny will try and draft a PG in the 2nd round.

My predictions for our 2nd round:

Jerome Randle
5'10 SR Cal

What about Tyren Johnson?  I've never seen him play, but after reading these two articles, I think we should at least look into him.  Plus, I'm a sucker for guys that can really pass.

Has anyone seen him play?  How good is he?

I still say Andy Rautins in the 2nd.  Pro-ready guy, hard-nosed player, decent size.  Attacks passing lanes the way our defense loves to do.  Picture JJ Redick with better passing and off-ball defense.  And he can bring the ball up a bit (can't drive very well though).

I second the Any Rautins pick in the 2nd round. My wife went to Syracuse so we went to a couple of their games this year and I came away very impressed. Good shooter, good leader, smart player. Could be a good rotational player in the 6-8th man role.
