Who wrote that article? That has to be the worst English I have ever seen...

Anyways... Guru was the man! You can argue he was made by DJ Premier, but they were perfect together.

I don't give a crap about teh drama with Premier..it's not like I listened to Gangstarr tracks for the beats. It is sad man.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Premier is one of the most distinct and well recognized DJ/Producers in Hip-Hop History!

I'm not saying Premier isn't talented. Beyond Gangstarr he's worked with everyone from Biggie to Mos Def. Just thought Guru was one of the best rappers of all time.

Fair enough, I have love for Guru but I've always thought Premier was the All-star of the group.

co-sign x100!

RIP        Moment of Truth is an alltime favorite album of mine.  Definitely got love for all the jazzmataz as well.

R.I.P. Very sad news.

I always loved Gang Starr. Along with De La Soul, A Tribe Called Quest and a few other acts, I really think they stood out.

That's probably my top 3.  Statik Selektah is coming up too.

really? I thought primo was one of the better dj's out there for a period of time...some of his beats are sick

that said, I'll miss Guru, I met him at the first hip hop show I ever went to, great guy - looking at the signed ticket stub right now...one of my favorite lyracists and he was creative too... you'll be missed
