Is there a subtle conspiracy theory out there, that the Celtics are planning a major offensive in the playoffs, resulting in a major sweep of all of their opponents?

In other words, the 'Sheed on the perimeter is a major decoy move for the regular season. In reality, he's gonna be center and play backup minutes to Perks for major post plays when scoring down low is required. Likewise, KG will be the *point* power forward when the game turns into an outside scoring bonanza. Once again, his touches will be disguised decoys, drawing instant double teams to set up the men on the outside.

The rotations where Nate and Finley are out in the perimeter, with let's say a slower line up in the frontline, is to in fact, force opponents to guard the perimeter, while the substitutions on the inside result in major points in the paint. If Jim O'Brien had this, his meager squads would have trumped the Nets immediately.

Paul Pierce will suddenly emerge as a triple-double threat but is keeping it in tank, thus playing less that full quarters these games. Likewise, Rondo's got an Andrew Toney shot which he's just waiting to unleash.

Operation Fo' Fo' Fo' is in the works.

So weird I was thinking this exact theory of sorts after the past few blowouts.  I feel (hope) they have not been all in offensively as to not let teams get a full on scouting report of how to defend the team to go off of.  Then...they open the floodgates!!!

The baffling thing with Sheed is that he CAN play in the post, which we all know..but why he rarely plays there I cannot answer.

The ORL game on Christmas proved to me that he can effectively play down low..he had 3 dunks down there..all with Dwight nearby. All three came at times when we most needed them and seemed to demoralize ORL. The man just took his time and didn't do too much and just looked natural down there to me.

In other words, if Jim O'Brien had a better team...made up of better players...than he did, his team would have beaten a Nets team that was the cream of a weak conference?

Not even, just a 'Toine that could score in the post while the opponent focuses on defending the perimeter. In today's world, that's the 'Sheed  ;) vis-a-vis The Truth!

I just want us to play like the Celtics in the playoffs instead of like Celtic Woman which we've seen at times since Christmas.

When we look back at the 2010 playoffs, it'll be remembered as the greatest offensive in NBA history.
