I think Sully is gonna come back in MUCH better shape and save his career. Next year he comes back in GREAT shape and becomes an All Star. He's going to show us why he is the PF of the future for the Boston Celtics.

Here is one: is there anything that the Nets could do to make the playoffs next year?  We're basically guaranteed at least one trip to the lottery no matter how good we are.  Think about this: the Pacers, Bucks, Celtics, Heat, Knicks and Magic will all be better next year.  The Nets have NOTHING to add.  They have no cap space, they have almost no trade assets...all they're going to add is the second to last pick of the first round.  Unless Jake Layman scores 30 points a game next season, they're going to be hosed!

They still have about $86 million on the books next season, so getting the team together for the season after will be difficult.  It's not like they can just get great FAs guaranteed even if they have money, because it's the one year that EVERYONE will have money.   ;D

After reading Z Lowe's article, a quote from CBS stood out. The one about MS not being, or becoming, Teague. It may've been just an athlete to athlete comparison, but maybe it's CBS using media to motivate Smart. Throwing a log onto the fire. Going Phil on Marcus. Maybe a little Zen-move. Maybe its the post shoulder surgery medicine Dedalus has to take. Anyways, cheers to the future. Thanks for getting me through a rough winter spent rehabbing hockey injuries. Fight for 18

the lose to the bucks was ok, they played really well and were making their shots. can't win em all. from a true fans perspective I like our team a lot and like our players a lot. were not great, but likable and fun to watch. than counts for something. Let Ainge figure it out. he will. Again. It could be so much worse than it is right now. give us one top 10 star and we are a top 5 team.

Nice video, but I feel it should be warned for people that some of the background music is not family-friendly.

TP, man, that was awesome! Gave me chills lol Though I LOVE the song "Tuesday," I think the best pump-up videos are the ones where you can hear the crowds react to the game-winning shots and everything. Good nonetheless!

EDIT: I think ESPN has a pretty good commercial about our playoff push, too.

You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Is Smart the only 1st-round, starting, rookie player on a playoff team this season?

Would've been Parker if he wasn't injured.

Hey folks, I've been scouring the internet trying to find some Celtics games from the KG/Pierce/Ray era.  I'm looking for both playoff and regular season games from 2008, 2009, and 2010... Anyways, my question is do any of you know a good website/forum/etc. to find such games?  I've used kickasstorrents, rojadirecta, and even got a bunch of 2008 regular season games from youtube; but there's some games I'd like to get that I can't find... Any help would be useful, and if I'm not posting this in the right thread, feel free to direct me to an appropriate thread for these such questions.  Thanks!

No optimism in 2 months? [dang]. Here is something positive: we are almost certain to put a better team on the floor to start our next season then we ended our last season with. We have money to spend and picks to blow. Our best guy right now is probably IT, there are at least 10 guys better available this offseason. Good odds we get at least one.
