Just caught tonight's episode on DVR.

Things have certainly picked up these last few episodes after a slow start.

I wanna know what that guy was thinking getting into the car when the bomb was like 5 seconds from going off.

That was pretty ridiculous.  I actually kinda laughed when that went down.  Just an excuse by the producers to kill off an extra.

Although, would an EMP explosion actually kill anyone directly?

I don't see how it could.  I wonder if it would take out a pacemaker.

It was pretty lame though.  The guy was all like "Don't worry, I can move it."  As if no one else had thought that the car could be moved.

So maybe someone can help me with this but my understanding of an EMP is that all it has to do is be within a certain distance to work on electronics so if the pulse was big enough the bomb didn't even have to be that close to CTU

Now an explosion to cause the EMP that appeared to go off would probably have a limited range but was it so limited that it had to be driven right into CTU

I guess we will find out next Monday

A mole?  At CTU?  I'm shocked!

I didn't like it. Doesn't seem to fit. The previous couple of episodes where quite good, but this change doesn't make much sense to me at the moment.

I thought it was pretty stupid.   Wasn't happy with the ending of the show.

It wasn't surprising at all... all I could think of was "not this again"

that being said, i'll still watch the show religiously.

And Chloe is probably the best character in the show... she is hilarious!

Shame... I guess it's time to wait for the movies to come out.

I know right! As the previous poster said: a mole?! Inside CTU?!?! Shocker!! Seriously...who does the hiring for this organization?? This is way beyond embarrassing now. What are they grabbing people off the street and sayin "Hey random woman who looks shady and incredibly mediocre in the looks department(Nina Myers, Dana Walsh)...want a government job working national security?!?!" Awesome!!

I still love this show but this is definitely time to end it. It had a great run. I loved every second of it. Can't wait for the movie.
Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity...

Has anybody been watching this?  It cracks me up; they've gone totally over the top, and have decided not to pull any punches.  As silly and ridiculous as it is, I'm loving it.

Finally caught up to the latest episode, and man I think the last 4 episodes or so have been completely awesome. Jack is back to his old self, kicking ass and taking names like never before... in quite a brutal manner.

Tomorrow is the 2-hour series finale. Too bad we have a Celtics game to watch, but we'll surely watch it soon after.

I bet at the moment Fox is regretting canceling the show. I just saw their proposed schedule for next year, and it looks quite bad.

Hopefully the show will end with a bang.
