I watched Ted the other night. Didn't really know what to expect, but I must admit my wife and I laughed our butts off. It was really dumb humor, but really funny. Of course I'm a big fan of Family Guy, so I guess that explains it.

I thought Ted was great. Loved it.

The Breakfast Club

What can I say. Sometimes, it's pretty good fun to watch the old classics again. Made me want to watch Young Guns.

Actually, TP for the person who knows the link between Breakfast Club and Young Guns. Shouldn't be too hard ;)

The Running Man, and I love that movie.

"What happened to Buzzsaw?"
"He had to split."

(CUZ I FREAKING CUT HIM IN HALF WITH A CHAINSAW!!!!)

Arnold at his finest...Not to mention Richard Dawson perfectly cast

I like the "I' 'll buy that for a dollar "  commercials.

Hunger Games is nothing but a Running Man rip off!

The big "R" and "Pervasive Language" on the back of the box didn't make that clear?

Great film!

Ditto to this!

Rewatched Social Network last night. What a great film all around. Fincher is by far my favorite director. Great films all around.

Also watched Clockwork Orange for the first time. I can see why its such a classic. Good stuff.

Prometheus.  It wasn't fantastic, but I'm not sure what all the griping was about.

I recently watched Will Ferrel's Casa de mi Padre.  My wife and I loved it.  It's funny and also very quirky and out there.

Very, very cool.

Les Miserables.  Still not sure if I liked the live singing.  Definitely made it more like being there, but it takes away a lot of the vocal quality and when you are already dealing with actors and not singers that quality would have been useful.  Some of the actors were much better than others at the singing.  Hathaway and Barks, for example, were awesome, but Crowe was really awkward.  Overall a very strong adaptation and worth seeing.
