Key Largo is a good one. All 4 Bogie/Bacall films are good.

Just watched Key Largo for the first time a couple months back.  In her prime Lauren Bacall might've been the best looking woman on earth.

Watched "The Sitter" last night with Jonah Hill.  One of my coworkers recommended it as "A stupid comedy that will have some point of serious laughter"

It lived up to that description
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

Seven Psychopaths is awesome. Martin McDonagh is the best living screenwriter or playwright.

The Master - Likely Oscar nominations for both Hoffman and Phoenix. Art House fare about cults and psychology, but very interesting. Not for everyone.

Beasts of the Southern Wilds - Wouldn't be surprised about Oscar recognition for the very young actress who was great and screenplay. Art House fare about poor people facing adversity. Not for everyone.

Army of Darkness - Good for a laugh as usual.
Waking Ned Devine - Even better.

Prometheus - As good as could be expected if you've seen the earlier films. Great visuals by Ridley Scott.

Snow White and the Huntsman - Charlize Theron was over the top, but she's one of my favorite contemporary actresses, great visuals, and a horribly miscast Kristen Stewart.

Dark Shadows - Eva Green is hot, but there's fewer laughs than expected from a Johnny Depp vehicle. Don't bother.

Lockout and Chronicle - Both OK Sci-Fy films with Chronicle deserving some props for its different angle on superheroes.

The Exotic Marigold Hotel - Liked it quite a bit, but it's about older people (50s and 60s) looking for love with a very good British cast.  If you fit that demographic, then it's definitely a good flick to see with your SO.

Thought both 21 Jump Street and Hunger Games were better than expected BTW. Wife saw Moonrise Kingdom and loved it. Very funny with lot's of RI locales too. She also saw Magic Mike and didn't like it (if your SO hasn't seen it yet). More melodrama than funny according to her.

Went to see looper. It was sick. The first 45 minutes was absolutely brilliant and pretty much perfect from my eyes. Some of the ending got strange and went in a different direction but overall it was a great film. Refreshing and unique.

Saw die hard three on the tele. Can't get enough of the die hard films and th third is probably my secon favorite. Love the cat mouse thriller aspect.

Watched daddy day care a couple nights ago. Really enjoy that film for some reason.

Revisited kingpin last night. Wow that is a great movie. Classic 90s Farley brothers flick. Great stuff.

Saw Ben Affleck's movie Argo last night.

Highly recommended and people were applauding at the end. The language is salty and it's not for kids.

All those things. Great film.

I also saw "October Baby"

It is preachy, corny, trite, simple, and terrible. One of the worst movies I've ever seen, and an attempt to exploit real feelings on a real issue Americans feel strongly about. Terrible.
