Absolutely hilarious movie! Perfect entertainment for a mild hangover. What an all-star cast too!

E. And you know itīs a long movie, when it has an intermission.

Has anyone watched St. Vincent with Bill Murray and McCarthy? Looking for a family movie to watch tonight.
watched that last weekend with my 12 and 9 year old  daughters.  My wife and I saw it in the theaters.  It was enjoyed by all.

Check out Rat Race if you haven't seen that.  Similarly funny.

Checked out Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Went in with low expectations and actually really really enjoyed it.

Saw "The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" this afternoon.   Loved the first movie, this one not as much.  A few good laughs.  Thought Richard Gere was out of place in the movie...you were too aware of Richard Gere acting and not aware enough of the character IMO.  My husband liked it, but it is definitely a film for the senior citizen group, proving that you are not dead until you are dead, British style.

One Hundred Foot Journey.  Really liked it.  Went home starving, and cleaned out the fridge.

My Old Lady.   A writer who has lost everything finds that his estranged father has left him an apartment in Paris.  With his last dollar, he goes to Paris to claim it.  He finds that his father's elderly  lover lives in the apartment, and, under French law, she is entitled to remain until her death.  She is British and has a school which teaches the French to speak English.

This is a story of two self involved people whose business is communication, and how neither has any idea of the other's story, or how to bridge the gap...despite being civilized. Communication Fail?  Excellent movie.  Maggie Smith was the old lady...I have never seen her in a bad performance.

I watched Interstellar a couple of weeks ago. I loved the movie until the end, because I'm fairly certain (not totally certain because I was writing while watching, too) they committed the time traveler/grandfather paradox in the plot, which completely ruins it for me as a philosopher.  :(

Just saw "Avengers 2"... not as good as the first, but fun for anyone who enjoys the other related films.
