Just finished watching this https://www.facebook.com/cureforpainthefilm . If you're a Morphine fan go and get this. It comes with 10 song audio disc of rare stuff too. Really nicely done documentary that shed some light on another sad case of a truly uniquely talented genius who had his troubles, but seemed to have worked through them and found a balance in life...Then died. Much akin to Joe Strummer in this way.

Yup

Perhaps the most jarring image I've ever seen on screen.

Edward Norton gave the greatest performance guaranteed never to win an Oscar.

I could watch that movie over and over again. Absolutely amazing. Puts racism in such an understandable light and yet ridicules it for the fact that it has no point. Norton's performance truly was academy-award worthy, but so was the rest of the movie.

The last movie I saw however was the Dark Knight Rises. Amazing movie as well. All they needed was the Joker and it would have been by far the best superhero movie of all time.

Whenever I flip around and land on it, I wind up watching it til the end.

Went to see The Dark Knight Rises last night. Pretty much as expected. Wasn't as epic as TDK, but Nolan went all out as usual. Did feel a little weird with basically the entire supporting cast of Inception in this movie. There were some very intense scenes that you won't forget (like TDK), but there were a couple parts that dragged. At nearly 2:45 running time, it wasn't a wise choice to go see it at 3:21am... It felt like it was 4 hours long.

Just saw Batman. Nowhere near as good as the last one. The final chase scenes were absurd

Vin Diesel's Opus. Snark aside, I love that movie.

The Campaign.  Hilarious and actually quite topical and a solid indictment of the political process.

Just watched 'Half Nelson' last night. Surprisingly good movie. Didn't know Ryan Gosling is that good of an actor.
