Community is a new show starting tonight, Thursday September 17, after The Office on NBC. It will star Joel McHale, who you might recognize from E!'s The Soup and the legendary Chevy Chase, who you might know from his song Call Me Al while a short guy played some intruments to his side. It has the directors from Arrested Development.

Here's a promo:

Seems worth checking out.

You mean Art Garfunkel?

Too bad this looks like a sitcom.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

A) I love that he thought Chevy Chase did the song....
B) I love that you corrected him incorrectly - it's a Paul Simon song, not Art Garfunkle
C) What's wrong with sitcoms?

A) It was a joke.
B) Loved that too, unless he was joking also.
C) Yeah, what's wrong with sitcoms?

I'm just glad at the moment to see Chevy Chase.

Yes, it was a joke in response to BCīs joke. Did Art Garfunkel have succesful Solo-titles?
Doesnīt work well on the Internet, obviously.

Nothingīs wrong with a good sitcom. I just though if itīs with Chevy Chase, it should be more...I dunno...more drama, more movie-like.
I am surprised that he took the role, I always thought he would have something against TV, at least thatīs what Iīve heard.

Well, this show seems to lean towards the dramedy department, more comedy than drama though, but leaning a bit that way. Doesn't seem like an outright comedy sitcom like the likes of According to Jim.

In that video, why does Paul Simon remind me so much of Teller from Penn and Teller?

Man I love this episode. Just really highlights why Community rocks.

Best comedy on TV, without a doubt. It's too smart for the South though, so they don't watch... so the show will continue to be in Limbo constantly... enjoy it while you can!
