I appreciate Ainge's overall contributions, and despite the construct of the exercise, I just can't see including off the court contributions in addition to on court contributions, if we can't consider off the court contributions for guys who weren't players (i.e., Red, Brown, Johnny Most). Just want to explain why I haven't put Ainge up even though I touted his huge acquisition - Garnett - for a top 10 spot after only two seasons in Boston.
