love Del the Funky Homosapien.....

Now Deltron 3030 is definitely a slept on album.  Actually I think that's got to be one of the most underrated, slept on albums ever, let me change my answer to that.

Operation Doomsday by MF Doom

and also, I don't think this one was underrated, and it was released in 2000, but The Unseen by Quasimoto is another great album.  Doomsday's 1999 release made me think about this one is all.
Mentioning MF Doom is an easy way to get a TP from me.

Operation Doomsday might be my favorite album of all time. I could never consider it underrated but it probably is.

Enta Da Stage - Black Moon (If it had Gotcha Opin Remix it might be a classic)

Dah Shinin - Smiff N Wessun (still ride to this)

Prince Among Theives - Prince Paul...so much talent on this album. The most conprehensive concept album ever done in Hip Hop yet it gets no love.

Gravity - Da Bush Babees (Noooo one remembers these guys...where'd they go????)

Only 2 out of the 4 on your list I can agree are underrated.  Enta Da Stage & Dah Shinin are never slept on in the hip hop community.

Depends on your definition of community! At one point, the Boot Camp Click had so many talented MCs churning out near classics frequently. They never had the marketing vehicle that RZA created for Wu Tang so they never got their just due IMO.

Jusging what is over rated or underrated is strictly opinion though. Of course I dont underrate those 2 albums. They are 2 of my favorites! I just dont know if more people feel the same.
