the site is: www.telam.com.ar, but i can't find the info, i read it in another site: www.pickandroll.com.ar.

If you had a traslate, just do it.

We're in contacts my friends..

yes, It would. With all my respect, I think the one thing that I don't like about us (DA - Owners - C.Staff) is they´re not interesed in foreigns players. I now we are very "Conservatives" in terms of thoughts, but some players worth...

Come on Fabrizio!!!

I think that is great, if true.
It would mean that Detroit bought out Oberto (and that he is not interested in returning to the Spurs).

Oberto just had a procedure done on his heart for an arrythmia. Not sure I would be looking to add a guy who might have a bad heart.

I didn't know that.  At least it means he is probably coming cheap!

This says that "sources close to the Celtics told him he was being considered".

I don't give much credit though.

Given that the Cs are already in luxury tax land, get used to seeing the names of Oberto, Dahntay Jones and Stephon Marbury as the FAs we target...

That is why you have to trade Ray.

oberto? if this is whom ainge is targeting to get the celtics to the championship, i am unimpressed. i am not even sure he is better than marvelous mikki.

honestly, i dont know anything about his guy. i havent watched him play. so i looked up his stats just to learn more.

born 1975. he will be 34 at the start of this season.

he is 6' 10"

his BEST year was 2007-08 when he played in 82 games and accumulated the following stats:

avg 20 minutes
4.8 pts/game
5.2 rbs/game
0.2 blks/game
2.5 fouls/game
60.8% field goal shooting
60.7% free throw shooting (career 60.3%. i told you this was his "best" year.)

and if any of us are hoping he might at least bring 3pt range to the team.... Oberto attempted, and missed, ONE 3 pointer all of last season last season.

he seems to be a basic 6' 10" stiff according to his stats.

does anyone else know anything about him?

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I have no problem with him if he signs close to the Min.  He can play C.  He can defend.  He can be the 4th big man (resign Davis).

He fits well in the PJ Brown mode.
