Don't trade them for two reasons.
1) They're both good, young players at positions that are tough to fill. If they both continue to improve, the C's will have an easier time finding stars at the 2-4 positions than they'll find at the 1 and 5 spots.
2) Don't do anything to jeopardize next year. As Ainge rightfully pointed out today, the team next year might be better than the '08 team. Considering that the '08 team won 66 games, we could be talking about challenging the Bulls' record for regular season wins next year. Let the team make a run at history and worry about rebuilding down the road. As I said in point #1, if they keep those two around, their road to rebuilding shouldn't be terrible.
