Here's the idea:

We turn Ray Allen into basically Caron Butler and Leandro Barbosa, and Pierce moves to the 2. (We also pick up Songalia/Jared Dudley).  Gives us a bench. Makes us bigger.

Phoenix turns Amare into Gilbert Arenas (their point guard of the future) and Tyrus Thomas - who, playing with Nash, basically replaces Amare/Marion.  - this is probably the most quesitonable part of this idea.

(They might also need to do this:

and

...the point is that Phoenix still has moves to make. And picking up Gilbert Arenas seems like a good idea for them.

Chicago trades the irrelevant Hinrich, and takes on Amare.

Washington Massively improves its back-court and takes on Allen and Hinrich.

Totally crazy?

I'd love to see Caron in green, he is one of my favorite players in the league.

Caron and Paul have a history of not liking each other, right?

But yes, I also love Caron Butler and would love him in green.

Amazing trade for the C's

Bulls would probably do it.

Wizards would consider it only to dump Arenas's huge contract.

Suns would never ever make that trade. Maybe if Arenas was younger, got paid significantly less, and didn't get injured every year for the majority of the season (But then the Wizards wouldn't make the deal if that was the case)
