I'm a James Hardin fan, and feel he could be a very good, versitile player in the NBA right away for a long time. I also think McGee is going to continue to blossom into a very good NBA starter. Not sure how desparate WAS is to win now, but Ray Allen would fit well into their line up.

The trade would be this:

McGee;
#5 (Hardin);
Mike James (junk, expiring);
Etan Thomas (junk, expiring);
Songaila (ltd minutes, expires 2011);

for Ray Ray.

The Wiz get rid of bad players, and in Songaila's case a year more of paying him, for Ray and the chance to compete in the EC this year. They loose two good prospects for this.

I think it's a dunk for the Cs so I'm not going to bother to explain why we do it. It might be more realistic if Kendrick were involved but I'm resisting that as much as possible. If he were, I'd put Hayward in their for Songiala.

Thoughts?

I'd hate to downgrade from a warrior like Perkins to Haywood. I don't think we win the title with that version, but the original one I like. I'm taking people's word though that Harden is the real deal.  Perk I believe is undervalued on this board and if rumors are true, undervalued by Danny as well.

Westbrook
Harden
Durant
Green
Krstic

Not bad for Oklahoma

I wonder if Presti will be tempted to take Rubio if he's there. All I'm sayin is -- if Hardin's there, do you do it?

They could use a center too though. I think they have a late 1rst rounder as well. It's a lot easier to find a good swing man than big man. They could try to get one with that pick and their 2nd rounder
