So apparently Cristiano Ronaldo is done with Real. 80 milion pounds, wow!
He is an extraordinary player and for sure he will be a success in Madrid but as a Barça fan I am not too worried. If anything, this serves to Barça has more chances of hiring Ribery.

I can`t see barcelona going after Riberry.
He is a great player but i can`t see the need for him.

If they namage to land Ibrahimovic would be huge though. Eto is good but Ibra is in a league on his own.

I`ve read that Inter and Barcelona are also trying to exchange Toure and Maxwell. If it`s true then i must be missing something cause i can make a sense out of this

BTW Valencia changed the asking price for Villa to 100 mil !!! (unreasonable)
Chelsea is also after him They offer 45mil.

To me Ribery would be a perfect fit for Barça in the place Henry has been playing (left forward). Titi played great last year but it is becoming a bit old so I rather want him coming of the bench. Malouda would be a fantastic back-up option but I havent heard anything about Barça looking at him. Ibrahimovic would replace Etoo which in my opnion is a fair trade for Inter and Barça. I agree Ibra is better right now so I assume Barça will have to give some extra money to make the deal.

I dont even know who Maxwell is so I hope they dont trade Touré for him. Spanish papers were saying (until Cristiano got all the attention) that Arsenal is willing to pay 18million € for Touré. If so, goodbye and good luck Yaya. He played very well for Barça but 18 million is good money for him.

Chelsea

Signings: Ashley Young for $30mil. Then a striker, one of four guys -- Eto'o, Villa, Ibrahimovic, or Benzema. And one final creative penetrator in the final third, someone who is comfortable going out on the wing. Arshavin would have been brilliant, bloody Arsenal! Not sure who that final player should be.

Overall, I'd like to see three major attacking threats signed, two wings and a striker. The striker isn't necessary, but the other two players are.

Departures: Deco, Shevchenko, Pizarro, Kalou -- possibly Malouda and Anelka too, I don't trust either player and would rather someone comes in and takes over their positions.

Something along those lines is what I'd like to see Chelsea do.

The signing of Carlos Tevez has become even more vital than ever.

I think he's already gone ... very pessimistic about the chances of him staying.

I think both tevez and berbatov should leave.

Anyway Bayern informed whoever is interested that Ribery is indeed for sale but it will take a new record to pull this off.(which won`t happen)

Milan bought Porto`s Sisoko. In less than 18 months this guy went from guegnion (sp?) an average 2nd div french team to Vitoria setubal then to Porto and now Milan!

Also Barcelona and Inter decided than they won`t trade Ibra and Eto so Barcelona offers 50m for Villa now that Real seems to have stepped back. BTW Real now targets Forlan. They shuld try to get a decent defender imho.

There goes Carlos Tevez ... despite Man Utd offering the £25.5 million and their willingness to make him one of their highest paid players. Ouch!

I think he'll go to Man City. The wages they're offering him are much higher than anyone else will make.

MU is about to make an offer for Kasillas! And it`s said that Real won`t be able to refuse.

I can see Real Madrid selling Casillas if they get a massive offer ($40+mil?).

Not sure anyone makes that offer though.

That would be sensational. Cassilas is the best keeper in the world.

As for Tevez, I'm sad he's gone. He's outstanding. We now need to replace him and Ronaldo. It's going to be tough but I've thought it through.

van der Vaart, Ronaldinho, Benzema, Silva, Valencia. Thank you very much.

Not sure if this is where they saw it... but I just happened to read it right on ManU's website.
