God what a great day yesterday was.

Welcome back to the game Sugar Ray, Sox bats wake up, Marathon Monday, and a win in MTL without our most effective forward.

Goodnight, Habs.

"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

You can pick up free internet audio feeds from the home team. I listened to the Canadian radio broadcast feed while watching the Celtics. As far as TV goes, some of the games are on Versus and I have the local Fox and Hound that picks up NESN on satillite. Other than that it is very tough to get hockey coverage outside the East coast. Maybe the Chicago Blackhawks, Detriot Red Wings, Boston Bruins, and New York Rangers can command national attention this spring.
Wins are few, times are hard. Here is your bleeping St Patricks Day Card.

I'm glad they're crushing Montreal as opposed to just squeaking by.  I want a sweep!
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

I was never a fan of hockey but it's still nice to see them do well since they're the home team and all.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

I've been pleased with ESPN's coverage of the NHL playoffs. They're talking about hockey a lot more than they usually do... Now all we have to do is get them to talk about the Bruins. I'm so sick of hearing about Barry Melrose's very unhealthy mancrush on Ovechkin and how much of a Ranger fan Linda Cohn is.

Then again teams from Boston like slipping into championship wins without the national media giving them any respect... so in that case, keep talking about the Rangers, Sharks, Caps, and RedWings... and we'll keep feeding off of their ignorance.

GO BRUINS!!!

2-1 B's after the first period.

Habs got one right off the bat but the Bruins really turned it on at the end of the period and put up 2 about a minute apart or so.

At least the Montreal fans were classy this time during the American national anthem.

Wow...4-1 now.  Nice goals by Kessel & Ryder (who must love being able to stick it to Montreal)

Yeah, things could get ugly in this 3rd period. In the stands, the ice, or both.

I thought that "234 years ago a small rag tag group of....." Patriot's Day rant by Jack Edwards was pretty funny the other night but tonight's "Reach for the light switch its time to start saving some energy on Earth Day" line was just awesome.

Edwards is definitely a polarizing figure.  I know a bunch of my hardcore hockey fans absolutely hate him but he can certainly throw some zings out there.

Fred Cusick was the best.  Bruins hockey has never been the same to watch since he retired.

Grew up with him and the Turk on TV38.
